All agreed to hold names and contact details (Rich Holman will be the nominated Data Controller for the safe keeping of personal information subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018)

Broadest common concern:
Insufficient engagement from Southern Housing. Lack of presence.
Service charges. Amount and lack of breakdown.
Most pressing specific concerns:
Leaks
Lighting
Antisocial behaviour
Noise

Cleanliness of communal areas
Upkeep of gardens behind low rises
Pest issues
Bin area at Cazenove end
Lifts

General discussion topics
Ensure to carry on meeting and discussing how we want to structure the sessions, keep an ongoing list of top level shared issues. Open, accessible meetings.
Structure and processes can develop naturally the more meetings we have
Strong desire to get Southern Housing representation either in a meeting and a walk about of the estate to discuss various issues and concerns
Re-iteration of the main topics, Leaks, Lighting, Pests, Antisocial behaviour
Democratic election of the RA lead roles; Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and optionally a Vice-Chair

There is no interest from residents at this point in being part of a formally constituted residents association. We will continue informally with Rich chairing open meetings.

Charge for Fire Risk Assessment (low blocks) - seems inconsistent
Charge for LED panels on lifts (Tower blocks). We would like to discuss the pricing as seems quite high
